アプリが立ち上がらない
突然アプリが見えなくなりました。調べると次のアップデートまで待つしかないとの事。カメラが見えず困ってます。Ｆ-42A調整お願いします

カスタマーセンターからすぐに対応していただいたしわかりやすかったですね。

無料で防犯カメラ。ありがたい。 pc iPhone iPadをシーンにあわせて モニターにしています。 Wi-Fiで4台同時に通信 快適に映像が見られます。 対応のモニターがあると便利ですね。 ちなみに Google Chrome bookを モニターにしたくて 購入しましたが 非対応でした。早急に対応して欲しいです。
外部からネットワークを管理されている？
解析データの吸い取りを頻繁にに要求さるが無視すると使えないようにアクセス制限がかかるよう。製品の所有権はすべて（中国）メーカーぎ握っている？使えないしセキュリティ上継続利用は危険だと感じます。

リアルタイムで見ることが出来るが、それはどこのメーカーも当たり前の機能。ローカルメモリーに保存した動画のダウンロードとが有料でないとダメなので、いざと言う時どうするの？
早急に修正を求めます。
アプデ後、全画面表示が出来なくなりました。 とても使い勝手がよく使用させて頂いていましたが、小さな画像だけでは見守りカメラとしてまともに使用できません。 再起動や再ダウンロードしても直りません。 実機を購入している物のアプリとして致命的です。子供の寝室と階が分かれているので本当に困ります。早急に修正をお願いします。

遅延が酷いのと商品説明では実測100mと書いてあったのに40m程で固まって途切れる。 イマイチ使えない。
画質が悪い。
200万画素から400万画素に買い替えたのですが、200万画素より画質が悪くなりました。何とかして欲しい。
