After i update
Before my cruiser 2 run smoothly and there is no complain but yester when i got the new version i updated it and after that my cctv live view its like in slow mo i can even see whats going on in my yard can u please fix this issue

البرنامج لا يتوافق مع شبكة zain kw
ركبت الكامرات في منزلي ولكن الصدمه الكبرى هي ان الكامرات لا تتوافق مع شبكة زين zain kw في الكويت لذلك انصح اي شخص لديه خط شبكة زين خط هاتف وليس وايرلس فان الخط لا يشتغل معاه لذلك اطلب من المطور تعديل هذه المشكله
Half worthless
Won’t record everything unusual and when it record something it do missing detail ,, for example will record a car stopping for a moment but when record it leaving in case something was dropped from it
Moro working in cellular data on iPhone 13 Pro Max
the camera not show live when I connect to the cellular data on my iPhone 13 Pro Max even though I have enable the cellular data in the App! I contacted Apple support a lot, and imou life as well. No one can help! I did everything possible. I reset all setting, format the iPhone, check the router and everything possible. Unfortunately, the only remaining two options for me is to change the phone or change the camera with another brand.

Not receiving call notifications
Recently , since 2 days ago , im not getting any call notifications even though the” do not disturb mode” is switched off and all notifications are on and im still not getting any notifications until i open the app and check the calls by myself which beats the purpose of having this doorbell . Whats the point of having a doorbell if im not getting any call notifications i think its a fault in the app itself
Only 3 digit picture code showing
Dear, I was trying to login to the camera, after successfully entering id & password, i am being asked for picture code verification which is showing just 3 characters, after I enter the characters various time correctly; i am getting message of invalid code. I can not turn or flip the screen even. Please help to solve the problem. Thank you.
