Was informed by customer service lite package was no longer available in Malaysia for IOS! Also being informed I can only purchase cloud for 5 cameras but I have 10 camera at home!! I have invested hundred of dollars to buy the cameras but all of sudden I can’t subscribe to cloud!!! This is silly and ridiculous! Please fix this!!

When you dont subscribe to the plan, they make the camera hard to be control amd always restart. After subscribe all is good. Just want to make money. Type C mentality!

I just renewed my one year plan one camera Then I found that the other one was not updated Second camera I pressed the wrong to one month plan I Paid twice now is monthly plan So the previous yearly plan will refund?
Apps are too slow internet connection
In this new version of software when I review human detected video and try to record from screen, it shows that it’s recording but I’m reality that is just a thumbnail that can’t be edited trimmed or download. In older versions I could do that easily.
App unstable After update.
