Record and Download failed
In this new version of software when I review human detected video and try to record from screen, it shows that it’s recording but I’m reality that is just a thumbnail that can’t be edited trimmed or download. In older versions I could do that easily.
After updating the app be Come worst

How to reset password
Aiyo i tried to reset password but you asked for email and password. I don’t remember password whats the point having option forgot password but unable to click submit????
Motion detection for each channel is mixing
I have 6 cameras, when i goto motion detection page for example cam1, the page also showing other cams. This is only happen after update to version 6. Tried on both iphone 11 pro max. Please fix it. Update: After update to 6.0.2, the above mentioned problem is solved! Thank you so much for listening to our voice and fix the issue promptly! You deserved my 5 stars!

before update can use phone number register now cant only can use email sign up and then send the register code for email three times also not receive the code

Please give update on memory card
Hi i am very happy to use your camera bullet 2 but there is one thing i see missing in the app which is not auto deleting the previous recording from the camera if the memory card gets full i have to go manually and reset it which is not a good thing some time i forget to format the memory card then the recording stops. so it will be very useful and easy if it starts automatically deleting the video from the beginning of memory card when it get format so there will be no need to format your memory everytime. Hope you upgrade this
