Very bad
The software is so very bad.
App with dust robot
I think every time when there is an update of the app (maybe even without an update) the app/robot forgot the map of the room. In this map you can ajust boundary’s en no-go areas. This is gone then. You need to do it al over again. This is not working! This is also not easy to set up! Shame because it was for me a very good product til Tis is happening every time
Camera oké. Payed service to expensive!
Update. When the app does an update the continuous recording on SD card is switched OFF! You have to manually activate it again! These cameras are used for safety and it’s scandalous that it’s switched of without any warnings! So please all users check your settings! Camera’s are fine. Only please reduce the cost for the payed service! And it’s almost blackmail to only activate some functions in payed services! I payed for the whole camera and like to use it for what it’s capable of… Your company is starting to look like Tesla! Not very customer friendly and as I read a growing amount of technical problems. And almost no response to it. Get your act together and if you want to complete with other security camera builders then wake up! Make the user license a LOT cheaper so you will get more paying customers! It’s not so hard to understand. Mass is Cash!
Bad app
I wish i never bought a product from Imou. The camera, cruizer 2, is okay. But the app is terrible. Its so not user friendly. Functions are not working. I spend allmost 100euro on it. But today took down the camera and installed Eufy camera’s. They have a very good app. Stay away from Imou..
Geen meldingen
Krijg al een tijd geen meldingen van detectie
Movement detection does switch on
Not possible to switch on the movement detection. App keeps on searching and is stuck. Pls update
Notificaties uitgezet, maar toch meldingen
Ik heb de meldingen uitgezet voor bewegingen ed., maar toch krijg ik elke keer weer meldingen. Het lijkt wel alsof de app het niet onthoud.
Geen verbinding meer met de camera
8 Januari vanaf 12.00uur geen verbinding meer met de camera, al een keer gereset en opnieuw aangemeld maar dit help niet, balen!!! Is dit een algemeen probleem met de server???
