It's a good experience but plz update alaram system.there should be a separate alaram sign for urgent purposes that can be easily generated without any movement detection.
Suggestion
I am using i phone it will be more convenient if you add LIVE button when we receive Notification or if we are watching recorded video there must be live button so one can go directly to live view Thankyou

Worst App
They will format your recordings and card so that you can purchase their plan. Worst service I have ever seen, I used multiple cards but all cards was fine on all other places except Imou because I’m studio owner and I use card storage but they show me every time card is abnormal.

This app failed to send notifications, leading to a poor experience. Despite alerts showing up in the app's alert section, they didn't appear as mobile notifications. Didn’t received notification sound.

Recording playing error
After few days of recording my recorded videos do not play in the app, streaming error occurs When I format the SD card, it works fine for few days and again gives the same error What is the solution ?
