Bad service and customer service

I keep complaining ask for improvement but no response from them whatsoever. Its mot convenient, problems with the app. I would suggest to everyone to use a different app for cctv

Notification error

All of a sudden, i was not able to received notification. Can you pls help me? I did not change any setting on my cp. TIA!

Cant log in or sign up

What is happening with the app im not receiving any otp via mobile or email. Pls fix this

Stream Error

Whenever i use my internet data. It says stream error. Please fix it

Not working on Cellular data

Started this year . Does not work in cellular data most of the time, Check and re check settings on app and phone- use on Data is set to allowed

It’s been a month and the issue still the same. We can’t access the camera while using DATA on our phone. I have 5G, and the signal strength is full but still cant access the camera.

I hope you could improve your UX and find way to optimize it so the videos could load faster. I miss the old app
