I have 6 cameras working to cover various scenarios including a doorbell camera and they are all performing to expectations and more importantly; because the recordings are stored to a memory card, they can’t be jammed and frozen like the far more expensive alternatives can be, by the criminals wearing the wrist watch jamming devices!
Do not buy this camera or ever have to do anything with it. Very very poor sound quality and it’s basically just died on me 9 months offer buying it from Amazon. TOTAL LET DOWN
Camera has been unusable since the previous update. Getting stuck at 97% to Network fail. Multiple camera, router reboots, dropped streaming quality to no avail. Camera now reporting ‘offline’ multiple times throughout the night.
The camera is perfect for what I need it for but the app itself is stressful it’s hit or miss whether it will connect to the camera or not. Even with perfect wifi it just won’t connect.
I’ve been using these cameras for over 2 years… all of a sudden I can only have the plus plan for 5 cameras! I have 10 cameras! What a joke.
Used to be good but app doesn’t load the camera since the new IOS updates.
I bought this camera for my apartment in Buenos Aires, had it installed and downloaded the Imou Life app. I setup the app with a username and password but since that I have not been able to login. I went through the “forgot password” option but I am still unable to login. Now thinking of removing the camera and going a product that I know works - Ring camera and app
I have 5 Imou cameras working off of this app as well as sharing them with my wife and the app performs brilliantly. Great app and great cameras.
Please fix app, I use this app 4 years and all the time was good but from 2 month app cant load video,( Play error , Tap to refresh) when I try 3-4 times thr app keep crashing
