## Impact Account Description
How it works:

1. Find registered Canadian charities that match your interests and learn more about what they do.
2. Add money to your account, then take as much time as you need to decide which charities to support.
3. Give to your favourite charities from your account now, or save some of your charitable dollars and build your impact over time. The choice is yours.

An account makes it easier for you to manage and track your giving, watch your impact grow, and build the brighter future you imagine.

Additional features:

• Rediscover how good it feels to give
An Impact Account offers you the time and space to think about the change you want to make in the world, give joyfully, and say 'no' to fundraising requests peacefully.

• Add friends and give together
Connect with your friends and share in the joy of giving together. Or, search Giving Groups to find people who care about the same things you do.

• Send charitable dollars to friends
Give other people charitable dollars that they can give away. From birthday gifts to children's allowances to “thank you’s,” inspire your friends and family to give.

• Show or hide your contact information
You can give to charities and Giving Groups with full recognition or without sharing your name and contact details.

• Get help from our team
From getting the most out of your Impact Account to building a personalized giving plan, we’re here to help every step of the way.

The donor-advised fund for everyone

The Impact Account mobile app is developed by Charitable Impact, which operates as a donor-advised fund. In short, this means you can manage your charitable giving from a single account, which we call the Impact Account. It's free to open, and you can get started with $5, $500, or more—the choice is yours.

When you add money to your Impact Account, you're actually making a donation to Charitable Impact Foundation, a registered Canadian charity and public foundation.
It's why you get a tax receipt after adding money. The funds stay in your account until you let us know through using the app that you'd like to send charitable gifts to registered charities in Canada, Giving Groups, and other people on Charitable Impact.

## Impact Account Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Finally! Just what I’ve been waiting for"
Great app for managing all your charitable giving. Not only can I give to any charity in Canada but I can also download and share my tax receipts, and can even send charitable dollars to my kids as an allowance. Really happy to have this on my iPhone now!
-- Grim_R99, 2023-10-30

### ***-- "Can’t use integrated iOS keychain to login"
The app looks nice but can’t login as it just cycles me back to the home screen when I use keychain to auto fill my username and password. Painful.
-- ghort11, 2020-05-15
