无法创建冷钱包和观察钱包

我的USDT在imtoken被盗了。
昨天我用另一个bitpie（比特派）钱包转进我的另一个imtoken钱包3285usdt，面对面扫码转入，期间我没有点过任何链接或者授权，就在转进的一瞬间，亲眼看着钱包的U和TRX被转走，我感觉不对劲，立马查公链，公链显示在我转入的一到账的一瞬间，我的U迅速被转出，转走地址TS74PoTp9Nw5Y94nGLQUZcbAo5VMjSHFGq 我这个钱包我刚用半个月，不存在助记词泄露和授权，没授权没输入密码，我钱包的U就能被转走，这个钱包也太不安全了，联系了钱包官方，净说一顿废话让报警，有没有人有相同经历的，提供下意见和建议。
