Yo my account is shut down it’s username is AustinForget I hadn’t played it in awhile and when I try to submit a ticket since I don’t remember the code and never saved it I can’t log in I’ve tried the reset password but it tells me you guys put my account on him
THEY ARE THE WORST GAME COMPANY I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS 1 LITTLE MISTAKE AND THEY’LL PUT U ON HOLD FOR A LIFETIME AND WILL PROBABLY EVEN ASK FOR FINGERPRINTS AND SSN FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF VERIFYING IDENTITY AND IF U CANT PROVIDE THEM WITH IT , THEY DONT CARE AND LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT ON HOLD NOT HAVING ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO GET IT BACK ITS STUPID AND IGNORANT HOW MUCH STUFF THEY ASK YOU FOR IVE HAD THE WORST ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GAME THEY HAVE KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR MONTHS NOT BEING ABLE TO USE CREDITS OR BUY ANYTHING ON THE APP I DONT SUGGEST U PUT A SINGLE PENNY INTO IMVU IF YOUR NOT LOOKING TO GET INTERROGATED BY IMVU.inc FOR A 1.29$ purchase trust me… not worth it
They upped their price and not their quality. It costs now over $2 per 1000 credits and 1000 credits buys basically ONE item or less. Not only that but it always glitches and most things are not high quality. The graphics weren’t improved in the longest time. Definitely won’t be purchasing credits again as a Canadian and I’ve put thousands of dollars into this game in the passed two years.
The amount of predators looking for underage girls is terrible! Online dating is too if you haven’t confirmed your age. Please stop this…

I bought 3-4 times a package of VCOINS there was a promo “buy 10.000 vcoins and get 5000 FREE vcoins” other time it was “buy 5000 vcoins receive 2500 free vcoins” AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I also sent a request on the app and they just closed my request for no reason. Nothing happened, I’ll never put money again on this game. I really liked that game but this is NOT OKAY.
