Please update asap!!
I WANT MY OLD ACCOUNT BACK!
Yous are such rip offs! I had joined this game in 2017 with my account name as “Latrèya19” and had to uninstall the game because of the addiction I gained from buying so much for my avatar. I tried to log back on to my old account last year and EVERYTHING IS GONE! I had invested hundreds into my character just to see it’s not there anymore! Was so distraught! And to see I can’t even get customer support I have to be vip!?! This is ridiculous and I was so fed up. If I can’t get my account back never again will I be recommending this game to anyone else!
You should know..
This app used to be good, if your looking for drama, failed relationships or you just want to waste some time, look no further. I’ve made great friendships on here but believe me they are hard to find. BE CAREFUL! If you have mental health issues, I’m not sure I would recommend this place. Please walk carefully if you join imvu, it’s a great place but the players on it can make it a nightmare. Don’t loose yourself on a game, it’s not worth it ❤️🌹💪

I honestly like the game its decent but i have to be honest the new surveys is a little weird and not as good as the old ones.. i like the chat rooms but they need some updating in them but everything else is enjoyable fun and sort of safe but definitely need limits to how many accounts someone can make 😭

I want ways to find credits without worrying if my phone is going to become exposed to some random viruses. Please fix this issue I don’t trust the websites it sends me to with the “you have won” ads.
