I just loved there programme. It is customized in a such a way that you will never feel that you are dieting. I must say it was curated specially keeping in mind my preferences and choices. My coach was Pooja and i must say she was always there through out my journey and she never let me crave for anything. Best work done by team. Keep spreading positivity teM I M Wow. I buy plan for 16 week but after 12 week no follow up call I need to remind my coach to update plan and multiple follow up for same no change in weight in last 5 week pls don’t buy waste the time and money. After completing of week you are not able to see your plan.
App is good but Its dropping me out whenever i am opening recipes section so please resolve it ASAP I need recipes videos.

I started my journey for weight loss with gunjan shouts and it was an amazing journey….i lost my weight as well as there was inch loss….i started feeling so energetic throughout the day and i am still maintaining this healthy life habit Thanks alot to gunjan and my coach reetal for always helping me out.
I had subscribed for 8 weeks plan but as my mother was in the last phase of her life , I was unable to do the plan. My mother expired back in August and when I decided to view my previous plan and execute the same, I was not able to see it. It is so disheartening, I paid for my subscription of eight weeks and the plan was removed from the account.
Strong foundation on the kinds of food one must be consuming for weight loss.

I have never seen such a quick decrease in my weight and that too in the most healthy way. Thanks to IMwow and Coach Reetal for this amazing transformation of mine.
