## In The Style Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Returns"
Difficult process to return anything
-- gudobe21, 2025-08-23

### *---- "What a scam now."
Used to be a great company with nice clothes. Then the quality drastically went down and now we find out they aren’t paying the creators they collaborated with. They aren’t paying anyone and are acting like nothing is wrong on socials.

AVOID
-- Momobun123, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Payment methods"
Hi guys. Please restore the ability to use Clearpay and Laybuy as payment methods.
-- Boo, 2024-05-03

### *---- "App don’t work"
Useless app can never log in

Never sends the automated email with my access code
-- Sambuca , 2024-04-24

### *---- "So much lagging"
Trying to check out an order and the app lags so much! Takes ages to catch up with what you’ve wanted it to do. Please fix the issues
-- Ellie jelly2004, 2024-04-21

### *---- "FRAUD ALERT FCA & POLICE ARE GOING TO BE INFORMED TUESDAY"
ITS (in the style)
Has stolen ALL investors & share holders money meanwhile PRETENDING to be a great amazing giving back company saying they give to charity but when in the real world there nothing but a bunch of
CON men / SCAMMERS & they have been STEALING money from peoples life's saving to pay them selfs HUGE salaries meanwhile saying the company is collapsing & just lying to everyone it's
DISTURBING to see the UK allow these type of MASSIVE FRAUD please trust pilot don't remove this review just see yourself what they have done to the people who actually invested into this company they have STOLEN peoples hard earned life savings it's heart breaking to see people loose
EVERYTHING And these people don't give a care in the world so corrupt please don't believe me check ITS share price they have ZERO debt yet they still managed to destroy the share price just so they could steal everyone's money they think they can just change company names & steal shares from people who have invested life savings & have stolen all police will be informed & all legal teams this won’t be left please help spread the word if you was in this situation just picture your whole life savings gone to nothing more than sneaky con men
-- ticomatt, 2024-03-29

### *---- "Please bring the old app back"
The old app was brilliant. The new one doesn’t have all the same catagories and filters don’t work. Also as another comment on her mentioned all previous data was lost.
-- Suuv789, 2024-03-28

### **--- "New app 🙈"
Shame the app has changed.. lost all my order history, and the filter by size doesn’t work properly - filter on 12-14 and get clothes that only have size 6 available. Shame as the app was really useful.
-- Nic Ingram, 2024-03-14

### *---- "Apps filters no working"
I love in the style & have loads of items

I put a size filter on the app. It’s great. Try to sort in price etc. it looses the size filter. So annoying. Please have a look at it
-- Vw fox, 2024-02-28

### ***-- "Updated to new app and lost wishlist."
I had 50 items in wishlist which was keeping an eye on and now the new app doesn’t have this feature. Just a shop. Frustrating to lose that. Functionality is better in searching for items though.
