Very sketchy
It wants your location but doesn't explain why. Can't explain why it wants your phone number. Doesn't allow you to use a password manager. Phone verification text comes from unused +83 country code. I don't trust any of it.
Yes, INC by Insured Nomads is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

I appreciate that this company has spent time to develop a pretty comprehensive travel app. However, I can't rate it well because of how miserable the experience is if you don't allow it to constantly monitor your location. It has sent me several notifications over the span of two days about "always on" location being turned off, which is bad enough. Every time I open the app it pops up a message saying the same thing. When I go into the app's privacy setting and indicate that I do not want location based alerts, it not only continues to pop up the message about location being disabled, but it ALSO complains that I have location turned off within the app. EVERY time I open it! I don't want to use the alert feature. I don't want the app to continuously track my location. I wish the app would respect my preferences instead of nagging me about them. If the app weren't required for the lounge access benefit, I would have uninstalled it by now.
An excellent app that has all the ‘mental insurance’ benefits you could ask for. Tools for wellbeing, lounge access, cyber security , and virtual care all at your fingertips. I use INC whenever I travel and could not recommend it more.
