## inchCALC+ Description
PRO LEVEL [FOOT • INCH • FRACTION] CALCULATOR

MACWORLD **** "inchCALC+'s ease of use coupled with its advanced features make this an uncommonly good addition to a crowded genre." 3/9/09

inchCALC+ is a State-of-the-Art Construction Calculator / Conversion Calculator for people who work with the FEET• INCH• FRACTION dimensions used on common rulers and tape measures.

These dimensions are shear drudgery when you have to manually add or subtract them --- let alone multiply, divide or convert to other measurement units.

If you are a builder, contractor, sub-contractor, architect, engineer, artist, designer, student, homemaker or DIYer, you know the importance of working with accurate dimensions. inchCALC+ transforms your iPhone / iPod Touch into a FT• IN• FRACTION construction calculator that inputs and outputs dimensions exactly as they appear on a tape measure.

Dedicated and held construction calculators with similar functions are very expensive. With inchCALC+ you can inexpensively perform the functions of those calculators on your iPhone / iPod Touch.

Easy conversions to other measurement units:
-FT• IN • FRACTION
-IN • FRACTION
-decimal inches
-decimal feet
-millimeters
-centimeters
-meters
-kilometers
-acres
-yards
-miles

Built-in TRIANGLE FUNCTION -- Enter any two &
inchCALC+ automatically solves for the other two:
-rise
-run
-diagonal
-pitch

Selective Keyboard Orientation for Left Handed or Right Handed users

DUAL MODES:
-inchCALC for quickly working with simple measurements
-inchCALC+™ for working with more complex problem solving
-Built-in Functions: √2, X2, π, %, +/-

## inchCALC+ Reviews in United States

### ***** "The best architectural calculator I found"
I have been using this app for years and it is by far the best I was able to find. None of the others have mastered the input of feet and inches. The calculations are smooth and the units convert so easily. Please, please continue making this available. I am happy to pay even again if you can add a tape like function and maybe make the vertical one with easier conversion settings now that our screens are often bigger.

This is my daily architectural calculator I never want to miss.

### *---- "Crashes IOS 14.2"
Developer please update app.
-- Rad99004, 2020-11-19

### ****- "Great but missing a few simple things"
Been using the free version for years but need to do calc for run, rise, diag. The app handles it easily but you can’t store the results or do further math with the results. For example. Calc the diag of 4x4s 8’ apart. Easy but now subtract the diag of the 4x4s to get the inside measurements. Can’t do that. Can’t even save either diag measurements. Need a good memory or paper and pen. Hopefully a future enhancement. Love the app anyway.

### *---- "Don't ,They Broke It"
The Developer actually just responded to a 2 year old review that you can read below xD seriously ?

Great Bug Fixing
Had to reinstall the 1.7.4 version
As this Version does not recognize
the numbers 1,2 and 3 in landscape
on my mini2 retina
and GOD knows
(whatever god you subscribe to)
what else is broke if I can't even type
1,2 or 3 into it...
Do not update (youve been warned)

### **--- "Not bad, could be better"
There are a lot of great things about this app that I love. I love that it’s simple, easy to use, and for me, super handy.
The downside is I can see this app has not been updated to fit any screen since iPhone 4.
Also, there needs to be a back space. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve input the wrong measurement just to have to start all over again.
I think that would be a good start in fixing this app

### ***** "Great app"
I love the function of this app... I haven't found anything else that does fractions as well. After some recent bug fixes, this is back to 5-stars. I wish there was a desktop version.

### ****- "Update!"
Love the app. Use it all the time but it's time for an update. Flatten it like iOS 7+ and take advantage of the 6/6 plus screen!!
-- markdargeni0, 2016-11-06

### ***** "InchCALC+"
A great app for architects…I’ve used inchCALC+ for years…the 12/12/15 update fixed issues I was having in landscape mode on my iPad…a responsive developer!!! Thanks.
-- bcs1645, 2015-12-21

### *---- "Fix the borders!!!"
What's with the ridiculous blank borders on the bottom & top in portrait mode and on the right side in landscape mode; iPhone6? Have some pride in your work and fix this simple problem!! Thank you .
-- Garcatch, 2015-12-13

### *---- "Great app, but has a glitch"
On the iPad the landscape view never starts up right. I asked them about it it almost 2 years ago, and they acknowledged that it was a problem but they still haven't fixed it. I've asked them several times... Poor service of their part.
