This time I wanted to try a new service. They will take charges in advance, assign a CA who is good for nothing and has third class customer support. Even after baby sitting CA was not able to share final taxes correctly in 20 days. I decided to file by myself which I did in 2 hours. I raised delay and not correct issues with the support but no help was provided neither my request for refund with no services was accepted over multiple emails.
