Can’t seem to get any jobs even when editing the industry or anything.

I’ve had this app literally since it came on the app store and haven’t been able to use it til this day. I already have an indeed account which i log in with google and so have tried to do that on here, used my email and then redirected to logging in with gmail, and have had the same results every time - I get stuck on the screen where you input your name and number. The continue sign is blue and yet when I click it, it appears to have been clicked but nothing happens and I am stuck on the same screen.

Invest in your app performance. It is slow and full of bugs.

The only jobs available are delivery driver for sainsburys or a healthcare worker and non of these jobs are in my area. I wasted all this time completed my profile just for there to be no jobs I can do

Sign up process was fairly complicated. They said the onboarding (group) video call takes 1 hour but it took almost 3 and the man running it was rude to people needing to leave for other commitments. One guy had a train to catch and he had to continue the call while at a train station with the announcements in the background 😂 Not many jobs showing most of the time, and many are far away. Almost all pay the lowest they legally could. Worked 1 shift and was paid 2 hours too little. It took many weeks of emailing and calling and false promises to get paid the missing amount. I spent more time chasing it than I did working. I did 1.5 hours’ online training to book Tesco jobs because they said you’d be paid for this time. By the time I completed the training and it was approved, the Tesco job had been taken and there were no more listed. They said I’d be paid in 2 weeks for the 1.5 hr but I wasn’t. Now they say it’s conditional on doing a shift there (of which there aren’t any). Nothing in the app or emails prior said there were any conditions apart from completing the training. So I wasted a couple hours watching videos for no reason.

As many times as reached out to support they have nothing but critical, suspending on the basis of unavailability is acceptable but a life time ban is unacceptable and unnecessary, Flexers work to earn every penny that they can and to take that away as a punishment, consequences? Are you telling me that a person cannot have a genuine reason on not showing up? Things happen, and it should be forgiven eventually.

Last update completely crashes the app from time to time. It also logging me out allmost every time after I close the app and is really annoying. To relogin need to login with the email and wait for a pass-code and doing this every time is soo anoying. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

Was not able to find a job. When click Find a job in App, it redirects to safari. There no job can be found. Waste of time.
