Now my customers that I send texts to are telling me they aren’t receiving my texts… which can’t happen for a business. Also I don’t know why I’m limited to a max of 10 people for group texting, which is a pain. I also many times don’t get notified that someone has called me or texted until I open the app, which has caused many issues. And a big issue is that when people call, the call doesn’t fully ring through. Been using for years and I don’t know what happened but definitely not what it used to be. -- AppRater127, 2026-05-22 ### *---- "Payment collection despite blocking usage." Ive had this app for a while. They blocked its use but continued to bill my account despite the inability to use it. They finally resolved the issue but did not refund the money. Please note if you travel internationally beware as they may block its use despite lack of use overseas -- Agbaya, 2025-11-19 ### *---- "Terrible" Often fails, can’t understand people on the other end due to poor connection and sometimes will call the wrong person. I was trying to use it for a business number but I think the old cup with a string would be more reliable. -- Jdshsjdhs, 2025-08-26 ### *---- "Restricted account." Originally had sideline then they switched me to Index. All of a sudden my account is listed as restricted and looks like they want me back to sideline. I suppose I’ll lose the number I’ve had for several years. -- washboy1, 2025-07-13 ### *---- "Major Issue unresolved" Cannot add TEAM and no one can help without bouncing us back and forth between INDEX and old SIDELINE account. Error message “Existing Account Found” when team was on Sideline, successfully removed yet this app has no answer. Terrible app -- Frustratingfff, 2025-07-09 ### ***** "Best business texting app" Perfect for separating business and personal communications. -- James Randazzo, 2025-05-29 ### ***** "BEST app ever" Made my business functionality easier -- Justice4Turner, 2025-05-29 ### ***** "So so simple" Index makes it so simple to keep all of my business needs in one place, and I am absolutely loving all of the features! Thank you so much Index! -- ilovesideline!, 2025-05-29 ### ***** "Best and Useful app" The best app ever!!! Love it, using it everyday for texting, calling ❤️❤️❤️ -- vinkfschj, 2025-05-29 [View all Index reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Index In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Index - Monthly Plan | $24.99 | | Index - Yearly Plan | $199.99 | | Port Out | $49.99 | ## Index Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Grossing | United States | Business | #91 | ## Index Discovered Keywords - podium - pinger inc - mindbox - indexar - ezmobile - easy scheduling - invoicer app - easy - index - small business texting ## Apps Similar to Index - [HMA Hotspot VPN & Proxy](https://apptail.io/app/hma-hotspot-vpn-proxy-ENd/united-states) - [Second Phone Number'](https://apptail.io/app/second-phone-number-xBo/united-states) - [Text Us ™ Texting For Me Now](https://apptail.io/app/text-us-texting-for-me-now-YwC/united-states) - [Grasshopper](https://apptail.io/app/grasshopper-rOI/united-states) - [2nd Phone Number: BusinessLine](https://apptail.io/app/2nd-phone-number-businessline-hrK/united-states) - [2nd Phone Number+](https://apptail.io/app/2nd-phone-number-krK/united-states) - [iPlum: Business Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/iplum-business-phone-number-XcN/united-states) - [SmartLine Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/smartline-second-phone-number-yPhb/united-states) - [LinkedPhone—Pro Business Line](https://apptail.io/app/linkedphone-pro-business-line-yJsc/united-states) - [Text Phone Number: Talk Safe](https://apptail.io/app/text-phone-number-talk-safe-xIqq/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
