The content is great but the app just doesn't provide a smooth experience. If I navigate to multiple articles I don't have an easy way to get back to the home screen. The navigation tabs at the bottom are missing. I would really want someone from the team to use the product for a day and figure out if it really serves the purpose.

The app tries to push unwanted adds and phish out your information even as you subscribe. With an ad blocker VPN on, it throws out error messages and simply refuses to work. When you host an app on the iOS, you have to respect the privacy of the subscribers and not try to do any phishing. If the app is not updated soon to function with a VPN then, I will have no option but to end its subscription.
