Seit den letzten Update stürzt die App permanent ab beim Start. Aber auch wenn die App doch mal funktioniert ist die Bedienung umständlich und nicht wirklich strukturiert.

can't synchronize RC-Web planned routes during profile sync can't track ride reliably - looses connection far too often and presents a straight line between start and stop, only. Fault-Ignorance by Polaris is unbearable, over 2 years no fix on these issues!!! 6-dec2021, just like before Jul2019 this app does not sync my routes with the cloud. It does work on tracks/places, NOT routes. Still!!!! Still the same in Jan-2023! Useless updates have NOT fixed issues for years! X-mas 2023: same same no different. And their false support claims are ridiculous. Polaris is not interested in solving the bugs but closing tickets as non existent or user error. They seem to have the wrong incentives. Meanwhile they add features on the web with more bugs.

Sorry to say, but this app seems to be senseless. No sync between my iPhone and 2022 Chief Bobber Dark Horse possible.

Leider ist die App nicht in deutsch. Wäre eine tolle Sache wenn es auch in deutscher Sprache wäre. Somit für mich nicht nutzbar.

Am PC kann recht einfach eine Tour erstellt werden, aber ich bekomme sie nicht auf das Navi meiner Challenger übertragen. Die Programmierer sind nicht in der Lage, eine benutzerfreundliche Datenübertragung zu programmieren. Vom PC auf USB und von USB auf Navi. Die Kopplung mit meinem iPhone zu Datenübertragung funktioniert ebenfalls nicht.Das Navi dient nur zum Datensammeln. Für ein Premiummotorrad solch einen Schrott anzubieten ist eine Frechheit.

Wish the App was as good and easy to use as the new chief is easy to ride. Cumbersome like a lackluster afterthought…eg how the hell do I even pare it with the bike???

Die App verbindet sich nicht mit dem Motorrad. Die App ist genauso schlecht wie das Motorrad (Indian Chieftain Limited) selbst.

Da erstellt man mühsam am PC eine schöne Motorradtour, muss es auf USB exportieren - weil eine Kopplung mit dem Bike aktuell nicht mehr funktioniert und dann macht das Navi in der 2020er Chieftain was es will - von der mühsam erstellten Route bleibt nur eine 0815 „schnellste Route“ übrig. Diese App ist für einen sogenannten Premiumhersteller von Touringmtorrädern eine einzige Frechheit!!

Die Planung von Routen am PC ist zeitaufwendig, da das System sehr langsam ist. Es sucht am PC immer die schnellste Route. Die Funktion Autobahn ausblenden gibt es am PC nicht. Insgesamt nicht überzeugend, da kann noch deutlich verbessert werden.
