Motorcycle location

Motorcycle location is incorrect in app

Love my Indian Roadmaster…BUT

The app is not good at all. Doesn’t give accurate info on tire pressures. Mapping is terrible compared to others. Indian, you can do better - You engineer great products, get someone great to make this app just as good.

Buggy & Unreliable

App & bike frequently fail to communicate, which makes syncing maps to your bike’s infotainment system annoying. App itself frequently fails to load maps. Nice concept, poor implementation. 2020 Challenger Limited.

Location error

Today I wake up and check the app after the recent update and almost got a heart attack since the app located my Sport Chief in another state.

Maintenance

Does anyone else have a problem with Eagle Rock not putting the maintenance , service done , or resetting the oil life counter ?

New to Indian and Ride Command

I’m a mapping nut. I like the overall system as it seems easy to use while riding and provides a lot of information. The mapping needs a bit of work. Would like to see shaping points be not announced, a bit more allowed to customize longer routes as well. I had to break up a 5 hour ride into 3 separate routes to get the web app to shape it. I’ve tried to import basecamp created routes but they still show up with everything as a stop not a shaping point.

No longer works

App used to show all kinds of information. Battery level, engine hours, location, neat service, etc. The app no longer displays any information. Just shows mapped rides. No longer useful.

Vehicle location

With the last update. The location of the vehicle is no longer working. Please troubleshoot before next update. Was working on previous version

Great ride app

I really like the 3D fly over feature. The only thing missing is the ability to pre plan a route. If it’s there it’s hidden and I can’t find it

Problems.

The app was already cumbersome and intuitive. Difficulty to plan rides and kind of useless to share or find activities in my area. But at leas true bike stats worked. ….. until the last update and now service history doesn’t sync. So even though on my bike it says I am not due on the app it does. It looks like my service history as been lost and I cannot reregistered service. Please please please fix this. The bike itself is fantastic.
