## Indiana Members CU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Junk"
Terrible. IMCU took a perfect app and ruined it with garbage a few months ago. The app used to be so easily to navigate and now the format is just confusing and cluttered with things that just do not to be there. Just let me see my account balances, pay bills, and transfer funds, in a simple black and white format. It’s not that complicated
-- Bassh8me, 2025-10-03

### *---- "The old app wasn’t great, this one is even worse"
Not user friendly, terrible to switch between accounts, not as readable, too much irrelevant information just to get to my transaction history
-- dragakneeharley, 2025-10-03

### *---- "This updated app is bad"
My review is not for the credit union, but the app. I’ve had nothing but problems logging on since they switched over to this new format a month ago. The old system was far better, so why did they do this? I have to delete it and reload it almost every time I use the app. Please fix this.
-- sixybibi, 2025-10-02

### ***** "Mobile App Revised Version 😊"
User friendly &
Reliable
Love it !
Good job IMCU😊
-- IndyAmir, 2025-10-01

### **--- "Ads"
Stop advertising soccer tickets, etc in app.
-- Solo_Reviewer11, 2025-09-26

### ***** "Love new App"
IMCU features are great!
-- zennameste, 2025-09-25

### *---- "Missing features in new version"
I used to love this app. I had the flexibility to group my accounts and rename them. Now my cds are mixed with my accounts and have useless names like ROTH IRA 5 yr and I can’t find a way to rename them or group what I want together. I understand making improvements, but the cost should not be useful features.
-- WhatHappened721, 2025-09-23

### ***** "Wait until you meet the people"
The app is great the people at IMCU are even better
-- PatRubeck, 2025-09-23

### *---- "Deposit doesn’t work"
Old app great new one states amounts don’t match despite them matching. No time to go to bank. If this is a continuing issue. I’ll change banks. The change to visa caused so much extra work it is hardly worth staying
-- Brent011371, 2025-09-22

### *---- "App update"
It’s sooooooi disappointing
