I so appreciate that this app is simple and streamlined. No subscription, no bells and whistles, easy to customize to track only what I want. I've used it for years to help me pay attention to different symptoms as relevant at the time. It's everything I want and nothing else. Thank you for the straightforward simplicity.

I have been using this app for 4 days and upon opening it this morning, 2/3 days of data have disappeared and the sliders are reset to 0. Super disappointing.

Nice program to track anything you set up. I put in a range for headaches and a yes/no for migraines. The only issue I have is that the current version shuts off audio that is playing when opened.

Has great potential- but within a couple minutes of setting up it goes to a dark, blank screen, no data, no controls. I closed, reopened- to a blank screen. Rebooted phone- blank screen. Reinstall- did it again. Tried on iPad too, same issues. Won’t keep an app I literally can’t use, which stinks because it was an ideal setup.. if it worked.
