## IndieGo PLUS Description
IndieGo PLUS is a public on-demand bus service for the defined operating areas of Hatton and West Warwick

You can book your ride through the mobile app or the dedicated call centre. You can request your pick-up and drop-off points when making your booking, but a short walk is required to complete most trips. Passengers with a wheelchair or a disability will always be matched with a fully accessible vehicle.

IndieGo PLUS is a rideshare service, this means you will probably share your ride with other customers who are going in the same direction as you. IndieGo PLUS is designed to connect the rural areas of West Warwick with key destination zones and is operated in partnership between Stagecoach and Liftango working with Warwickshire County Council.

IndieGo PLUS uses low-emission vehicles making it better for the environment as well as your pocket.

## IndieGo PLUS Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Inaccurate"
Supposedly operates in Stratford district but constantly says addresses are out of area.
-- CortanaJPN, 2025-04-28

### ***** "Booking a ride problems"
Fairly easy to use web site, but I am having a problem getting the booking to accept an additional passenger, and no way to amend the booking! Why can’t I just amend what is otherwise a valid booking?
26/3/25 update
Still can’t get the booking form to accept an additional passenger which is now vital since my husband has given up driving.
1/4/25 update.
Can now get the app to accept the additional passenger. However, it will not recognise that my additional passenger is also a Senior Pass holder, and wants £3 fare almost every time.
2/4/25 Update
I finally figured out how to get the app to accept ALL my required details. I must admit that the fault was completely mine!
I did not notice the drop down menu for the additional passenger! I feel such a fool. Thank you for your patience in dealing with a customer who is having trouble with life at the moment! Please accept my sincere apologies for causing such a hassle with something which was totally my own fault. The help staff were very polite and patient. Well done, IndieGo staff.

### *---- "Payments Taken with No Ride"
I cancelled a trip because of the timings and it said i was eligible for a refund but i didnt get it and i constantly get “network error” despite my wifi being fine. I have the most recent version of the app so i dont know what the problem is. Also when you decline a booking ut still takes the money whether you accept it or not

### ***** "Really useful"
Was offered a cancellation appointment at Warwick Hospital at quite short notice. No personal transport available but indieGo found there was a bus which would go there in time- ordinary buses couldn’t. Well done, thank you very much.
-- Antander, 2024-03-27

### **--- "Too slow"
I tried to open the app this morning and am still waiting for it to load, half an hour later. A major flaw is that when the buses are running so late that the ride is no longer useful you can’t cancel the booking after the collection time has passed - which is exactly when you need to be able to cancel it
-- TS918273, 2024-01-31

### *---- "Not fit for purpose"
Slow doesn’t load sign in details
-- Nnn67bb, 2023-08-22

### *---- "Not fit for purpose"
This app is not fit for people with sight loss, accessibility options on the phone don’t work with this app so any pop ups can not be read and voice over struggles with what the app is displaying

This is taking a service away from people with sight loss who need and want to use the service
