Very bad experience
Customer service is rude and doesn't reply to emails (or if he does, he gets his first name wrong and is out of touch). In addition, one of my flights was cancelled and I was forced to pay the difference with the new flight. All my flights with indigo were delayed by at least 1 hour. Never again.

Can’t receive OTPs, can’t upload information, can’t even register ..
Multiple bugs, denied access and bureaucracy
Is it linked to connecting abroad or general ? Access denied to some parts of the aps. Redundant mailing on different stage of payment process. Error in country phone prefix configuration. And so on

This application totally reflects the airline itself. Useless, unprofessional, unfriendly. Impossibikity to search a booking by name only
App is not able to detect bookings
I tried to add my booking using reference and also tried to link it to my account online but it is not visible in the app. Also after every failed search the data is cleared which makes it difficult to type repeatedly
Never book it again after 40 flight
They just left you behind in departure,even you have 22 min left to take off

You can purchase the tickets on app but you cant able to add your bluechip miles ! App made so smartly! Disgusting , worst service
