Not able to login or search and book flight from HK

Indigo Flights are operational from HongKong but can’t login, search/book flight from HK Internet IP. Need to connect India VPN to connect flight . Allow Signup/Signin and flight booking from HK internet IP.

Why make an app if it doesn’t work?

Such a bad experience with this App during the last 2 trips to India. Can’t book the flight ticket or even find a flight. Continue to get an error and the chat bot is less than helpful. Web booking doesn’t reflect on the App also if you do manage to use the webpage to book flights.

App is not Working

Could not book tickets with this app. Always shows “No Flights Found”. This is the case since 2020 when flights were suspended due to covid. Could not retrieve my booking from the app. Once this app was useful now due the issues mentioned above. It simply sits in my phone useless. I was hoping that it will be fixed but still it’s the same for almost 3 years now.

Can’t find my booking

Can’t retrieve my booking , it shows “ PLEASE ENTER VALID PNR/ LAST NAME” , which can find through indigo official website with the same information entered ,

Doesn’t work on iPhones

Used to work in the past before app upgraded to full screen. Doesn’t work after the upgrade.
