This is the worst app I have seen coming from a country that boasts of IT expertise. What is the idea of having a drop-down list for foreign phone numbers when you can’t get the OTP on your number. OTP works with only Indian phone numbers. No luck for Malaysian phone numbers. The app is good at charging your credit card 2 or 3 times for a single booking. I was charged twice for a single booking and had to chase their customer service for quite some time. Finally received the refund after 2 weeks. It is high time the developers look into this problems and rectify and update the app. I was asked to reinstall the app to get the OTP on foreign phone numbers. No luck.
