What’s the purpose of this app ???
Please fix these bugs to make the app work properly: - Not all my bookings show up in ‘my bookings’ - For every time I want to view a missing booking I need to fill in the PNR number and Last name. - If the booking shows up, it doesn’t save the booking. So every time I want to view it I need the PNR code again. - The app doesn’t give to option to check in. In need to go to the website to check in. - I can’t always retrieve the boarding pass in the app. - Sometimes when I retrieve a boarding pass I can add it to my wallet, but most of the time I don’t get the option. - When making a booking I have to fill in mobile number and email every time while they have all this information in my account. - Sometimes bookings disappear from the app and it’s impossible to add them again

Every time I want to use the app, it just takes so long to open and booking tickets take even longer!
app doesn’t work
Even though I am using the latest version if app, its just keep asking to upgrade. It doesn’t work with the version i installed from the app store.
Totally useless app
Bookings don’t show app and chat bot is useless. Phone numbers shown give no access to communication in English
Manage bookings doesn’t work
Filling in PNR and last name always leads to an error.
Worse airline app ever
This is the worst airline app ever. If I log into my account I can’t see my existing booking. if I put my PNR number and last name, it says invalid PNR or last name. Practically impossible to do online check-in and I had the same experience in three different flights. And they don’t seem to care enough to fix it.
Prices via App are higher!!!
App works OK, but there are different search results for flights! Some flights are shown as not available, but as per Indigo website it was available And bookable! Also shown prices are about Rs. 1000,- higher as on website.
Never book it again after 40 flight
They just left you behind in departure,even you have 22 min left to take off
Worst application made ever
You can purchase the tickets on app but you cant able to add your bluechip miles ! App made so smartly! Disgusting , worst service
