Don’t understand why companies force you to update to an app that is functionally worse off than the previous. Even my data is all wiped out. Can’t see current or previous bookings even when logged in. Don’t fix something that’s not broken!
Worst app ever. Never works
The worst experience so far. Bought a ticket which wasn’t generated. The refund was claimed to be returned within 5-7 working days. Support is answering, but is useless. Do not recommend to use since I doubt it would be able to get the refund back. Poor experience
One of the worst airline, app and customer service! Every time I booked with indigo from abroad, they simply take money all the time and don’t proceed the booking. This time I lost twice the money and they told me it will be refunded in 48 hours and then it’s been 6 days. Not received the refund yet. And when I called the call center, super useless people and barely could hear them in the noises of their office. As they deduct my money (twice!) I asked them to refund one and book the ticket with the other. Just pathetic how incompatible their team is, they asked me to book again with the app and this app now keep showing the error and I am pretty sure I will lose my money the third time if this error didn’t show up. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing 👎
Now new monopoly in all indigo airline they turn off aircon in onboard because of saving money this is very cheap way to do business . Well I am frequently flyer I have travel in air India vistara , air Asia also askha they don’t have like this monopoly. I always tell to crew for turn on aircon some of them do but some of them argue. They said if cool people will complain but people complain for warm wind . Indigo no more good for providing good service . Worst service is goair then Indigo
Very easy and fast
Tried many times to register my app but always got message that 'Registration Error' and 'An unknown error occurred'. When you guys are gonna fix it????
They just left you behind in departure,even you have 22 min left to take off
You can purchase the tickets on app but you cant able to add your bluechip miles ! App made so smartly! Disgusting , worst service
