IndiGo: Flight Booking App

Soo many thinks not working. No storage of retrieved flights , login issues through OTP email not sent / received , all buttons in the app not responding. It’s unbelievable that in a country Microsoft has 100.000 software engineers working , a simple app for an airline can not be programmed properly. Maybe you can ask Turkish airlines how to do it. Btw the app is not shown in the list of apps on iPhone

I have flight on 19 th. of January but can not sign in my account last 3 days. Wanna change my flight but due to system update can not sign in. Got stock in India and can not go back to my business.

I am Turkiye and trying to sign up account and it keeps asking telephone number to send me OTP TO ME. After I insert my correct tel number including country code, it tries to send me the OTP but I do not receive anything and can not open new account. Please help.

I booked flights online , got the email but no tickets issued. I can not find any body to contact and no solution

They just left you behind in departure,even you have 22 min left to take off

You can purchase the tickets on app but you cant able to add your bluechip miles ! App made so smartly! Disgusting , worst service

Well, I have traveled through Indigo airline multiple times. My recent experience was very poor customer service from the Ahmedabad domestic airport when I was traveling with my senior citizen parents for we are going for the Pilgrim. From Ahmedabad to Dehradun 23rd September 2 10 PM we were at the airport near 12:30 PM so there was a huge lane for check-in and before that like the baggage claim so we are in the lane and out of nowhere that lady called Number is +91 89767 31257 , she called from the above number and calling out of nowhere and telling me like where I am, I told we are putting bags on the belt. She told you have to check the next available flight, we clearly check there was one hour remaining and like even after like 40 to 45 minutes are remaining I have done baggage & check in ,staff was not properly helping and the lane was not moving. There was the human error, the first thing and before the 24 hours to 48 hours, I was not able to do the Web check-in. There was a technical error. It was not happening like neither from the website not from the application. Eventually, that lady was forcing her thoughts on us and we had to wait till 11 PM. We waited on the airport for nine hours and like our hotels were booked at the mussorie and we couldn’t use the first day of our journey. Because of that problem, our itinerary was in a bad shape, it started in the bad shape. We had to pay 7500 inr extra on 51006 inr journey and we didn’t get refund of that properly so please do needful in this matter thank you in advance.

For a flight service that charges so much it has really poor app interface. Wont log me in at all. It was so difficult to create an ID itself. Extremely bad app
