I just want to park for 15 minutes. Makes you create a whole account and then says an error occurred
Me
Expensive, over charge on penalty and website is very difficult to use. Northhill mall parking is just a cash grab for non SAIT people.
App timed out
App was down throughout discount period window and forced to pay higher parking rate after early-bird time had passed.
App often does not work
Crappiest app and service ever. The app often doesn’t work, error comes up during loading of a favourite parking lot. Spent 20 minutes in waste this morning (and many other times before). Told the company multiple times over the years. Nothing happened, hence the 1 star review.
Trash App
This is the worst app, literally ever. The app never works. Crashes constantly and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get the app to go past the home screen. Bad enough people have to fork over ridiculous sums of money to park anywhere this company has the lot but they make it even worse by not being able to pay for the parking.
Poor formatted
Cannot use Apple Pay. Charged my card, said it the payment/time wasn’t accepted through the app. Bottom feeding company has zero issue putting $65.00 tickets on handicap vans.

I like how simple and easy this app is to use

Sometimes the app do not work at this location. One has to move away and find a place to connect to app again and make a payment.
