Beste. Ik zou de app willen gebruiken om te parkeren in Zele. Het is enkel spijtig dat voor betaling er enkel de mogelijkheid is om visa te koppelen in de app. Bij de concurrent app EasyPark nl. Te gebruiken in Dendermonde. Gaat alles per maand via een automatische incasso. Veel simpeler en overzichtelijker dan via visa dat niet iedereen heeft.

Comme mentionnée dans d’autres commentaires, le système garde votre plaque en mémoire et si à la fin d’un leasing, un autre utilisateur se parque dans un parking Indigo (dans mon cas plusieurs mois après la fin du leasing), c’est vous qui payez, car l’accès « à la demande » que je n’ai jamais utilisé moi-même est activé par défaut. Ce qui veut dire que tout locataire suivant peut facturer votre compte tant que vous n’avez pas désactivé l’accès à la demande ou supprimé le véhicule de votre compte. Il faut qu’Indigo cesse d’appliquer l’accès « à la demande » par défaut!

They overcharge your credit card and when you complain, they acknowledge the issue without refunding you.

I have entered my payment method several times now and he doesn't remember the card. It's a simpel Visa card. Because of this I can't reserve a parking spot. I have several different parking Apps on my phone and this is the only one where this doesn't work. Like I said : the app totally sucks!
Il faut avoir sa calculette de banque pour se connecter la 1ère fois. 🤨. C’est ridicule de ne pas passer par un système plus directe.
