Just starting …

Teri ~ Fun Size on

Hello. I’m a 66 years beautiful. I’m normally very active but lately I’ve gotten lazy riding my stationary bike. The app I was using was discontinued so I thought I would try this app. I just completed my first workout. It was easy and I enjoyed it. I’m starting slowly and will work up from here. Looking forward to increasing strength and stamina and dropping a few pounds of fat. 😊 Thank you and have a blessed day! ~ Teri

Have been using this app to burn fat as a 65 year old out of shape man. It is just what I needed

No frills effective bike workout app.

I needed a simple bike workout app that I can use with my old recumbent bike and this one fits the bill. No annoying or nagging instructors to push you (some people might like it though). You’ll sweat with this one if you keep it up.

Not for bikes with MPH

This is a perfect app for those who just want a basic app to give them written instructions and various programs. It’s for those who want to listen to their own music or tv while working out and doesn’t require audio. Unfortunately, my indoor bike has MPH (plus resistance levels) and not RPM. The app doesn’t have a setting for MPH so you will need to convert yourself (there are online conversion calculators but note if you do this while app is running, the app will pause until you return to the app). The developer was very nice and was quick to answer my questions.

Do I have a trainer?!

Is it just gonna be a clock setting a timer or is there music and someone to motivate me?! At the end of the day I work 2 jobs and am looking for like a pelaton replica but better!! I need the motivation like the Fit Me app that I do before goin to work.. Coach Anna is great but she don’t cycle lol

Ease of use

Looked at several other apps, for me being in my late 50’s and overweight this gave me the best option for starting to ride indoors. The starter session was perfect for someone so out of shape. I found the warm up& cool down vital even though I couldn’t perform all the stretches.

Success so far!!!
