Absolute pleasure.😁 -- Welsh trader, 2025-05-17 ### *---- "Web app was great this isn’t" Been using the Indra web app for over a year charging 2 EVs with OVO charge anytime tariff Loved it never had to think about it…plug in and walk away and it sorted the charging out Now this new app coupled with the OVO charge anytime app to run the charging schedule is shocking Been “trying to” for a month now with Indra to make them realise this app (for me at least) has major issues and all the want to do is blame my WiFi, so I’ve now moved my WiFi antenna 1m away and hard wired the charger demonstrating in Indra customer service this is not the issue , since I sent them this evidence their customer service has been radio silence Very disappointing as the web app worked so will this doesn’t -- ghpipe, 2025-05-14 ### ***** "Brilliant App - Very user friendly" 5 star app. Very user friendly, love that I can see my charging costs. Highly recommend -- 5 star - brilliant, 2025-04-18 ### ***** "Indra smart pro 2" This charger is absolutely brilliant it allows us to charge for 7p per kWh and charge free with the solar, it’s a little slow but it’s free would absolutely recommend this charger to anyone it’s amazing and the OVO guy that fitted it was brilliant. -- Jase groco, 2025-04-07 ### ***** "5 star charger" Love my Indra app for controlling my charging Easy to set a schedule and easy to make alterations to suit need to charge at specific start times and periods Reports are easy to call up and allow exploration of how usage over periods Very happy with the app -- rogersketty, 2025-03-31 ### ***** "Significant improvement" Significant improvement after the update, really happy with this app and how easy it is to use.
