Poor improvement and functionality for drivers
As a driver, you get a notification of a ride, you accept it, then it ask you for an ETA on customer which comparing it to another apps like Uber and Lyft is unnecessary, when you put the ETA nothing happens, you get stuck and have to press skip to skip the ride, I spoke with support team and they told me that’s is probably because ride was already taken…Then why I’m receiving a notification of a ride that was already taken? Also it’s takes a long time to see if a customer choose you, or not, this happens while you are driving and is very bad because you can probably be getting far from pickup point or entering in a way of no turns back to the pick up point like expressways or even passing the exit you need to take. So if you get the ride have to drive back a long not paid way to pick up your customer. App have been for a time now in the market and still having these issues. Needs a lot to improve.

best driving app ever
i love this app so much it’s so convenient and so easy to use. ESPECIALLY THE PRICES😫 i even be feeling bad that it’s so cheap sometimes but it’s a great money saver. the only thing i would recommend which could help SOOO much more is multi stops! i believe multi stops are such a cool feature, it’ll help myself and others so much more. that’s it tho other than that i love this app so much it’s really been saving my life 😅😁

App doesn’t work on 3G. App doesn’t work on 4G. App ALSO does not work on WiFi. You keep waiting for the app to load but the loading screen is much more important than functionality, apparently. What’s the point of having an app that refuses to work unless connected to a high-end network (which tbh is unheard of in Pakistan). Please fix this.

SCAM !!! Another way to deceive the driver.
I took the order for 20 dollars, and in the end I received 12 and don’t tell me nonsense about the fee for the airport, the fee for operations THAT ARE FREE, the fee for the air, the fee for the falling rain and other nonsense. Another deception of a simple working person. Stop trying to deceive someone!!! Find yourself a job, wretched creators of the next rat race. I consider all the creators and people involved in this deception of ordinary working people to be miserable and unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!
