When trying to message Ineco support, it keeps saying “SOMETHING’S GONE WRONG” Fix it ASAP, and when once a week the app is allowing me to send messages, asking your support about the messaging problem, they are not even responding to the issue and ignoring!!! Very difficult to communicate when abroad. 
The 1 star will become 5, when the issue is fixed.

Horrible app for withdrawing money from Payoneer. My experience with this banking app has been very disappointing in connection with Payoneer. Payoneer account details not recognized, constantly asking to link my already linked account. Looking for other options.

### ***** "INECO HAS ITS OWN PROCESSING SYSTEM"
I recently replaced MyAmeria with InecoMobile, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
InecoMobile is easily one of the best banking apps in Armenia. Unlike MyAmeria and other apps that rely on the ArCa processing system, Ineco uses its own in-house processing. This makes a huge difference — the app runs flawlessly, without the constant “technical issues” that seem to pop up every week on other platforms.

Dear InecoBank Team,

I am extremely frustrated with the current state of your mobile banking app. It has a huge bug that prevents users from logging in and managing their finances properly. This is unacceptable for a banking app.

Additionally, when the app is opened, if you switch to another screen and return, it freezes completely and eventually logs you out. This makes it nearly impossible to use.

But the most critical issue is that the app crashes frequently, making transactions impossible—especially with Mastercard. This is a serious problem, and I urge you to fix it immediately.

A banking app should be stable, secure, and reliable. Right now, this app is failing on all fronts. Please address these issues as soon as possible.
