Nach dem Langen Krieg wurde die Alte Förderation leider besiegt, aber die grausame Herrschaft des Imperiums steht auch kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch. Die Grenzbereiche der Galaxie sind bereits in Flammen aufgegangen. Private Händler und Raumpiraten sind im gesamten Universum unterwegs. Zahllose Rebellengruppen sind entstanden, die aus den Randbereichen des Imperiums einen rastlosen Kampf aufgenommen haben. Werte jede Art Gebäude auf, um den Raumhafen in eine mächtige Basis umzuwandeln. Rekrutiere eine starke Mannschaft im Raumhafen. Mach sie zu deinen Assistenten oder Stabsmitgliedern und schicke sie mit deinen Flotten auf Expeditionen. Jedes Mannschaftsmitglied hat seine eigenen Erfahrungen und Geschichten. Sie werden dir zeigen, wir absolut unterschiedlich das Leben im Raum sein kann. Flotten & Flaggschiffe Baue bis zu 30 unterschiedliche Raumschiffe und bilde Flotten. Jede deiner Flotten wird von einem extrem mächtigen Flaggschiff angeführt. Jedes davon hat sein eigenes Aussehen und einmalige Fähigkeiten. Diese Flaggschiffe basieren auf den Bauzeichnungen aus den Hochzeiten der Föderation und des Imperiums. Sammle Flaggschiffzeichnungen in alten Raumrelikten, auf Kampagnenmissionen und in den Festung des Imperiums Leveln. Kampf & Ruhm In der Galaxie bist du mit Millionen anderer Commander in einem Echtzeitwettstreit. Ein guter Weg um zu überleben, ist Gründung oder Beitritt zu einer Allianz. Rufe deine Verbündete herbei, um sie in deine Angriffs- oder Verteidigungsstrategien einzubinden, dich zu schützen oder gegen böse Feinde in der ganzen Galaxie zu kämpfen. Zeige all deine Talente für Strategie, als Anführer und im Kampf. Tritt diesem tollen Raumabendteuer bei. Vielleicht wirst du am Ende zum Anführer der gesamten Galaxie mit absolutem Ruhm. Raum & Geheimnisse Der Raum ist absolut überwältigend und ruft uns in Erinnerung, wie klein wir eigentlich sind. Das stimmt insbesondere, in der Nähe eines riesigen Sterns. Grafik ist zwar gut, aber so langsam hat man auch da genug. Und vieles würde bedeuten sehr viel Geld investieren zu müssen. So nicht. While many devs only want to make fair money to cover the costs and make a humble fortune, shareholders or other profiteurs often wants to squeeze a product to get a quick payout and then drop it like a dried out orange. My criticism goes out to that second part. Over the past months, it has become a toxic trend in updates, to eliminate ways to play the game without spending either a lot of money or a lifetime in the game with dozens of farms. Prices of articles have increased without a change in contents. Rewards of events have been low, regardless of the invested effort and progress of a whole alliance. One of the drastic changes was the implementation of two flagships per fleet. A player was forced to level two flagships, doubling the cost to get to the top. The next drastic change was the ability to use multi-fleet attacks. This meant, having just one good fleet was not good enough anymore and players needed to invest into mostly four fleets now, meaning 8 flagships. The last event added (Cosmic Ocean: Origins) was solely introduced for players to smash each others heads to lose their warships, requiring a lot of time or money to get back on the top again. While we thought the beta was already with too little rewards for the risk, they added a lot of boosters behind a paywall to the release making it possible to invest even more. With the most recent update, they introduced higher levels without reliefing grind or making resources more available. But the worst addition is, they added a minimum of warships you need to add into a fleet to be able to attack. If you are not familiar with the game: Flagships, the core of a fleet, are simple to repair, have a default capacity in a fleet of 100 per ship (total capacity of a fleet is on average 15k-30k with units taking 3, 10 and 30 space per unit) and can be gathered in large alliance rallies to deliver a hit that is only painful to the enemy. It seems unfair, but it takes a well coordinated alliance, up to 45 players, some smart coordinators and still good flagships to deliver a strike against a single player. More over, it is the only method to take care of mega whales that spend tons of money to gather a big belly of warships.
