How can I save my game progress?
Make sure you connect the app with App Store on the settings panel (the button is at the bottom of the gameplay). This way your progress won't be lost. If you face further issues reach us by email.
Do I need to pay anything to play Infinity Loop?
No. The original game is 100% free. There is no need to pay anything for the original game. The game is free for unlimited levels. Only if you opt for the secondary game, called "black mode", you may need to pay a coffee for it after level 100.
I don't feel the game is challenging. Why?
The challenge for us would be making the game with increasing difficulty after a certain level while at the same time relaxing and allowing infinity levels. So how could level 100.000 be more difficult than level 10.000? It is hard. So as we cannot have the best in all worlds, we have opted to make it relaxing for now.

I really enjoy playing this!
All I ask is that you remove the annoying headphones icon that pops up every time I start the app, and make it so that it remembers my setting when I turn the sound FX and music off. I don't like the sound effect when turning the tiles, and I don't want to listen to the ambient music as nice as it is. The fact that I have to sit thru the headphones splash screen and manually turn the sound off everytime is the only annoying part of an otherwise fantastic game.
Great game for the watch - but
Infinity Loop is a great game for the Apple Watch? I have now reached a level where the pieces are quite small. Now I stumbled upon a problem: The bottom row of pussle parts does not respond to touch gestures and I cannot finish the game.

I really like this ap, it’s a great way to kill a few minutes. However, after paying to remove ads they suddenly started appearing again. I tried to report this issue but was unable to :(
BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS!
Game is great….until you find missing funds from your checking account labeled AS THIS APP! They did TWO money transfers of 5.00 and 6.00 through Apple Pay just THREE DAYS after downloading this game. I downloaded it on February 27th, and March 1st, there were two Infinity Loop Apple Pay money transfers taken from my account. I have been on the phone with my bank, Apple, been hung up on accidentally, and am now on hold for Apple Pay to get to the bottom of this mess. They obviously have no qualms about using their real identity either! I thought at first it might be user error, so I went into the app to look for purchases that total 5 and 6 dollars. The ONLY purchase option available was one that would remove the ads for 1.99. Really….This has consumed my entire morning and it’s only 11:30. This is the second time I have been on hold for over 20 minutes already…I will now have to change my debit card number and possibly my checking account information which will undoubtedly mean more inconveniences updating all of my accounts with new information. I really cannot believe this. Wait….yes. Yes, I can.No game, no matter how fun is worth this.
Stress relief
Every time I’m stressed out or need a break, I go on this app. So here are some things I love about it!
It isn’t some mind working rubix cube type puzzle I can’t figure out. Instead, it’s just a medium calming puzzle with nice music in the background. The colors are very pleasing. Though some other people do, I don’t mind the ads, as they don’t pop up as much as to make it bothersome. This game takes my mind off of whatever I was thinking about to let me breathe. I really like the way you can switch settings to your liking, and how it counts how many you’ve done (I’ve made it to 52!) so that it feels like you’ve accomplished something. Thanks for this chill game :)
It is a relaxing game
While the game is what it says it is, I don’t understand why I have to pay twice to remove ads. I paid on iPad, but when I play on my phone, I get ads and no option to restore; other apps do this aside from this one developer’s games.
I guess I just won’t play on my phone. I am not dealing with ads for any game, so I guess I will remember to decide based upon how many times I want to pay before I download another?
I dunno, but it is a relaxing game, so if using two devices isn’t an issue, I recommend it.

Game won’t save my progress
I’ve been playing this game for several years. At one point, I got up to like level 2,500+. But, at random, the app seems to knock me back to like level 1,065, and never saves my progress, even though I’m signed in to Game Center and gives me a notification when I start that I’m signed in. This is one of my favorite games ever, but I am SO bummed out whenever the app loses my progress.
