The INFO-Neige mobile app is the best source of information on the status of snow loading this winter in Montréal.

The app connects in real time to the city's open data and displays the status of snow loading operations using a simple and intuitive interface. It allows you to show your position and receive a notification when the status of the street on which you are parked changes, helping you to avoid having your vehicle towed. The application allows you to record your searches in a list of favourites and consult the location of parking spaces that the city offers free of charge.

Une référence mais pas fiable

Une application avec du potentiel. Pas fiable du tout!

Pathetic

We’ve sent several emails to the App developer and yet the site is still inaccurate. Seems like they don’t care. We had the No Parking sign since Saturday afternoon, they rang this morning (Tuesday) and thankfully our niece moved my car just as the Montreal Parking inspector was just next to our car. We could’ve received a parking fine and towing was waiting to haul our car somewhere. We will be sending photos to all media platforms and hopefully something will be done.

Got towed because I trusted the app

Should have read the reviews. This app doesn’t work at all. Total failure. Multiple times in a row it doesn’t match what the snow removal operations are doing. Very poorly maintained - I reported it the first time and they’ve done nothing to fix it.

Not Accurate

The app often says Network Not Available. Signs put up on my street this morning. 5:21 PM, app update does not show anything at all for my street. Hard to be a helpful app if it’s randomly updated and often not accurate.

L’idée est bonne

Mais pas encore fiable à 100%. Faut encore vérifier sois même comme dans le bon vieux temps. Une ville connectée disent-ils. Dans ce cas-ci, c’est déconnecté!

i'd get towed if i trusted this app

street has been cleared and the app says 'not cleared'. never trust this app, watch the street signs or else you will get towed if you trust this app. worked a few times but no way you can rely on it 100%. have to double check street signs or else risk getting towed and paying 170$ tow fees.

Malheureusement elle gèle après quelques minutes

Totalement inefficace

Données rarement mises à jour. Les panneaux d’interdiction sont installés sans aucune indication sur l’appli. Ni avant et ni pendant les opérations de déneigement. Malheureusement, on ne peut donner 0 étoile. Cette appli est un pur gaspillage de ressources. Je crois que la Ville de Montréal est encore à l’ère du fax…

Un gros zéro

Une mise à jour s’impose Aucun signalement sur les rues à déneiger et Pourtant des affiches sont bien en vue comme quoi on a pas le droit de stationner . Je donne une note de zéro sur dix
