one of the worst apps ive ever been forced to use. it is constantly crashing or signing me out. it is difficult to request days off, and is not at all intuitive. i miss the app we used to use, dayforce. i hope one day we swich to something better.

Design and function is terrible in this app. I never write reviews but this app looks like it was put together by college freshman working in a CS group project.  How can something be this terrible when Apple and other repositories do heavy lifting.  It’s almost like the design language from Android lollipop happened then this company stopped from there. Each menu doesn’t display properly, Review Clocks calendar can’t be shortened to actually review clocks without tapping each day.  Attestation doesn’t show total hours or a overview of work performed.   The list goes on which I’ll add to later.

Addendum:  I didn’t think app could get worse but it did. After a recent update whenever you try to change the month being viewed, you get a completely different month than the one intended. How? Just how can it get worse?

I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to see my paystub, time card, benefits anything. I can pull it up one time after that I need to uninstall. Worthless just unalive yourself if you made this app. Didn’t have users in mind all you care about is your money not if the app works huh. I can’t even get my paystubs.

Ever since the hospital started using this software, it has become a joke among employees that they are trying to frustrate employees to quit. Location feature (geofencing) is wildly inaccurate, placing employees over 100 miles away from their actual location. My manager totally ignores location errors at this point. We all joke about the “error” message every time we go to open the app. It is almost like the app wants you to be late logging in or meal breaks are over the one minute “grace” period. I am looking forward to retirement so I won’t have to deal with this app anymore. The desktop version is only slightly better regarding errors and crashes, but is even less intuitive. It is painfully obvious that no one in the UI team ever worked in Healthcare.

Our place of business pushed this app on us. Worked ok for a little over 2 weeks and then decided to update. Now I can’t open the app. Tried resetting and it didn’t work. Other employees have had the same issue. Back to punching the time clock. Would not recommend.

Even on “light “ mode the text is dark gray on black. Calendar doesn’t scroll and jumps around. Unknown errors freeze app and requires restart of the device. On the corporate side the software took months to implement, leaving employees without scheduling and the ability to clock in and out.
