## Infor Expense Management Description
Infor Expense Management is built and designed for the way you work.  This mobile application allows you to create, manage, and approve your expense reports and timesheets from anywhere at any time!
 
With XM’s mobile app, kiss paper receipts goodbye!  Use the native camera and camera roll to seamlessly upload your receipts to the appropriate expense report.
 
Additionally, being on the road doesn’t mean you do not have to entire your time in the XM Timesheets system.  This app is also equipped for entitled Timesheets users and gives you all of the powerful functionality you need to keep track of and manage this valuable information.
 
**Please note that this app is a companion to Infor Expense Management solutions for users leveraging versions 8.3.4 and higher**
 
With XM’s mobile app, you will be able to:
·         Manage and track expenses
·         Manage and track timesheets
·         Photograph and instantly upload individual receipts
·         Select multiple photos from your native camera roll and upload multiple receipts at once
·         Create a quick expense report
·         Submit expense reports and time cards
·         Approve expense reports and time cards

I recently started traveling again after a year and have noticed improvements to the app it adds my expenses and receipt pics faster and also syncs to submit quick too. I now use my personal card instead of the company card and speed has improved.

### **--- "Why does this app force default keyboard?"
All of the text entry in the app force me to use the default iOS keyboard despite only having Gboard enabled on my phone. The only time the default is supposed to show up is for passwords, not typing in notes on my expense reports!

This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. Bugs and glitches are pervasive and can occur at any time. Usability is awful, slow, unintuitive, and unreliable. The most recent app update is written in broken English and doesn’t exactly instill trust in the developer. The only reason this app is still on my phone is to try in case their website doesn’t work (which also happens regularly). One star is generous.

The app doesn’t not sync with desktop app. Wipes fields populated in desktop app. Does not support iOS Touch ID. Overall waste of time to use.

### *---- "Very difficult to take a picture of a receipt"
This app won’t let me take a picture of the receipt.  The app tries to autocrop the receipt against the background. If the receipt is folded or crumpled or electronic, the app is unsuccessful. And I see no other way to upload a receipt using this app. Please give camera control to the user, allowing me to take the picture and upload the receipt. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

### **--- "No Trip Plan capability"
I’ve been using the app for years now. Most of the expense report functions work ok. It’s fairly easy to add most expense items, receipts and attachments. Could be easier - check out Expensify - they make it much easier to manage expense reports. The app is not very intuitive. You have to search a lot to find features and options. 

Items that only work in web browser: Per diem meals doesn’t work well in the app. You can’t add, edit or manage Trip Plans in the app at all. I really wish the app allowed Trip Plan submissions. That would add a star to the rating. Fix the per diem glitch and I would add a star for that as well. 

Make it faster and easier to add expense items and clean up the interface so it is more intuitive and you would have a five star app.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune to use. My company just switched to this and I can’t get it to display the report I’m trying to attach receipts to. Complete garbage.

Unless major reworking is done this will continue to be a useless product.

I had to resubmit my expenses multiple times because it kept coming up with an error. After I “fixed” that I was able to submit it only for it to tell me I’m missing receipts but it doesn’t show you where or what is missing. After going thru it multiple times I verified nothing was missing
