App needs fixing
App has been buggy for months. When I’ve reported this I was told there were no outages reported. We’re unable to log in multiple times a week. Really poor customer experience.

App has been buggy for months. When I’ve reported this I was told there were no outages reported. We’re unable to log in multiple times a week. Really poor customer experience.
For much of the past month, I haven’t been able to log in. It just says something isn’t working as it should and go use the website instead. Seriously? Cmon guys, this isn’t rocket science. Stop adding bells and whistles and make the basic stuff work right, first time, every time.
I had found the app easy to use until I updated my phone now I cannot get into it!! Nothing I try works

I check the app, refresh it to check balance. Says there’s money in the account, I pay, payment declined due to insufficient funds. Account balance is never up to date even after refreshing.
No actual measures in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. No security code/OTP required for credit card transactions when it comes to fraud (but only when you actually spend the money.) There is also no notification when transactions go through. If you call them when the fraudulent transaction is still pending, just by being vigilant, and you put the card on hold, ING won’t stop the transactions and you still have to pay even it’s ING who didn’t do due diligence.
I’d like my balance to be hidden on app opening with an unhide option when I am ready to view.
Term deposit accounts should state when maturity will occur. Otherwise App is quite good.
The app has fallen behind other banks. Would be great if you could add some analytics/insights on your spending by merchant category, bill predictions etc. This app is stuck in 2010!
Can’t even log in. Keep getting a “something isn’t working as it should” error when I attempt to sign in. Has been doing this for days now.
