App has been buggy for months. When I’ve reported this I was told there were no outages reported.

We’re unable to log in multiple times a week. Really poor customer experience.

For much of the past month, I haven’t been able to log in. It just says something isn’t working as it should and go use the website instead. Seriously? Cmon guys, this isn’t rocket science. Stop adding bells and whistles and make the basic stuff work right, first time, every time.

I check the app, refresh it to check balance. Says there’s money in the account, I pay, payment declined due to insufficient funds. Account balance is never up to date even after refreshing.

No actual measures in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. No security code/OTP required for credit card transactions when it comes to fraud (but only when you actually spend the money.)
There is also no notification when transactions go through.
If you call them when the fraudulent transaction is still pending, just by being vigilant, and you put the card on hold, ING won’t stop the transactions and you still have to pay even it’s ING who didn’t do due diligence.

Pretty plain app 
Would be great if you could track all payments including direct debits so you could look a week ahead and know how much you need for that week ect commonwealth and anz have got them which are great for knowing how much you need each week aside for bills rather than just knowing your recurring setup bills
Would also be great to have notifications when a payment is made to you !

The ING App is getting worse. There are delays in getting payment notifications unlike other banks which are instant and some transactions now don’t even show on the App even though they have gone through with Apple Pay. Lately I’ve also had pending transactions displayed for over a week even though they have already gone through. I’ve updated that App and everything and still more and more issues. How can I keep track of my money if transactions are missing?? Call centre is a joke too, they are under staffed and up to an hour wait time when you really need to speak to someone. Seriously considering switching all my banking to UBank which has better customer service, a better App and less conditions to access the same 5.5% bonus interest rate with no penalties for accessing your savings like the Savings Maximiser account.  Do better ING.
