Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

Худшее банковское приложение, пробовал регистрироваться с 2 телефонов, айфона и самсунга, кнопка закончить регистрацию просто не работала, ничем не помогли даже в сервисном отделении. Пришлось ехать в отделение банка. Карту получил через 3 дня, но она заблокирована, письма с логином и паролем для активации карты пришли на 8й рабочий день (10й календарный). Каждый раз открывая приложение мне по новой надо сканировать и фотографировать паспорт, такого кринжа я еще не встречал, то есть при повторном открытии приложения нет даже кнопки зайти в свой аккаунт, есть кнопка создать новый или активировать старый через паспорт. В приложении куча кнопок направляющих вас в браузер, после чего приложение выбрасывает вас на стартовую чтоб снова придумать пинкод и отсканировать паспорт, в итоге чтоб просто провести процедуру активации заблокированной по умолчанию карты я получил нервный срыв, немного посидели волосы, около 20 раз или более сканировал и фоткал паспорт и каждый раз придумывал пинкод. В общем невероятно жалею что связался с этим банком...

Могло б бути краще

Додаток працює досить добре. Але було б чудово додати українську мову. Послугами банку зараз користується дуже багато жителів Нідерландів з України.

Ik wilde gewoon DE APP UPDATEN!!! En ik heb om mijn login, wachtwoord en paspoort gevraagd en ik ben in een andere stad zonder identiteitspaspoort!!!! Jammer!! Kan geen overschrijving verzenden!!! En dit is in de 21e eeuw...

Can't activate app with Ukrainian ID card

Extremely unreliable

The app can log out at any - most inconvenient - moment, telling me I've entered 3x wrong code when in fact I was not prompted to enter the code. So there you go, driving to another town to buy something and not being able to pay. Worthless.

Very bad

I had waiting for card 3 weeks, I did a lot of stuff like sending letters and activated account in app but it didn’t made any sense. In the end ING wrote to me that I ought to do all this manipulations again. No, thanks… I opened ABN AMRO card without tension, so ING service is really bad.
