ING Banking - Do Your Thing is ING Australia's new mobile banking app for everyday banking, savings and account management.

Moving from the legacy app? While we roll out this latest app, some products and features are not available just yet. You can still manage your products via online banking from your mobile browser where you need to.

Opened your first account? You’re in the right place.

Home to Savings Booster, our latest ING app is built to support your everyday banking - and it’s ready to roll with enhanced protection features. We’re actively working on a few improvements and regular updates are on the way to keep things running smoothly.

Here’s what you can expect:

The new app is terrible. I have multiple Savings Maximiser account and even though I renamed them (as it lost the names when I transferred from the legacy) when I go to transfer they simply come up as “Savings Maximiser”. It’s frustrating when making transfers between accounts as it is much easier to do it when you know the account name

I’m trying to upgrade to new app. And when i tried to set key it didn’t send OTP. Waited and tried 2 more time. Now it blocks me to do anything. Now i have option to call only to revert. I am moving out from ING. I can’t do anything worst experience get help from other banks for security System.

The running balance feature is something I really appreciated about the old ING app. That’s missing here :(

I have several accounts and I have them all nicknamed so I know what that account is used for. So when I logged into the new app, all I saw was all my accounts with no names attached to it so now I have no idea what to do.
