For context I’m a practicing hospitalist and Chief Medical Information Officer.  I’m a long time user of IMBills and it simply is bad software.  The UI is clunky and the simple task of dropping a charge is too cumbersome.  But more importantly the app is simply unstable.  It crashes.  There are endless sync problems.  Most recently there have been endless login problems that hours of time with technical support have failed to resolve.  I’m currently again locked out and in the process of deleting and reinstalling the iOS app.  If anyone from Ingenious Med reads this please feel free to reach out to me.  You can do better.

I waste hours of my life staring at my iphone waiting for this silly app to ping their server so I can provide further clarity (less ambiguity) on the diagnosis. Seriously, i have used this app for 1-2 years and they still have the same problems. Your app works better in airplane mode. You should learn from that.

IM Bills has cone a long way from what it was a year ago, when it would freeze and glitch every 10 seconds. Now no glitch or hitch for even a 1hr session or longer. Logging in is faster and more streamlined; if logged in within a certain time period without having to input login credentials again (finally!). 
Just pull down to refresh in 3 seconds and it updates much faster on cellphone, computer, and tablet. Highly recommend now that updates have fixed many frustrating issues. I m a practicing hospitalist and am haply with the app at this time. Thanks to the dev team, and I apologize for the aweful review I left 1 year ago; you redeemed yourselves this year.
