Fails to send me an SMS code and just says failed.

The app is non-functional. When trying to log in, you get an “unexpected error”.

Pre book and confirm for morning airport runs is fantastic. No one else does this. Please reactivate the app.

Launch the app and it just sits the for over a minute with the InGoGo logo

App does not load.

Do not bother with this app. What a joke!! You would have a better chance of getting where you need to go by standing on the street and hoping to hail a passing cab. Bookings are accepted then cancelled, or the app will tell you the booking has been accepted but the driver never shows and when you contact them they tell you they did not accept the booking. Totally infuriating. Zero stars

The app CHARGES YOU as soon as you make a booking EVEN IF NO CAB PICKS UP YOUR JOB! Yes, this means that as soon as you click on that book button and put in a pick up and drop off, firstly, that never guarantees you a pick up (compared to uber or ola where a car is definitely assigned to a rider) and secondly, even if the job is not accepted and a cab never comes to get you, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FARE. Happened to me twice now and all emails to them either don’t address the issue or try to fob it off as them being entitled to make the charge!!! ***Update*** The developer says they take pre authorisations like hotels. Well, (1) hotels only take this once bookings are ACCEPTED to cover charges. Ingogo takes it regardless of whether your booking is accepted or not (2) hotels REFUND THE MONEY within 3 days. Ingogo has held my money for over 2 weeks now and ALL my emails and contact is going ignored. No hotel I have EVER stayed with holds money or IGNORES EMAILS. Developer is just adding lies while their app steals your money. The taxi drivers sure aren’t getting it.

OMG THIS IS THE WORST TAXI SERVICE FOR BOOKING! They make you put your card details in which I’m not fussed about. But after an hour of them “looking for a taxi” to accept my job, for no one to accept it (ended up calling 13cabs) they debited my card $10 5 times which $50!!!!!! WHAT IS THIS SERVICE FOR? SO DISSAPOINTED!!! Thieves for taking my money for a service that doesn’t even work!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Drivers always on time and always polite, great service on every booking

It seems as soon as a trip is requested the fare is debited. I have a wait tolerance of 5 minutes and if the trip is not accepted, I cancel. This is charged and also refunded. The trip should not be charged until the trip actually commences.
