major purchase problem

so i downloaded the game and purchased 2 starter packs for 999. the payment was successful on my upi app and the money got debited. when i went back to the game app the purchase was unsuccessful and my money did not even get refunded. this is the first time i have faced such lousy experience from a game

Unending grind. More grind as "new features"

Played this game for nearly 6.5 years. It was always a waste of time. Just persisted with it due to my love for DC heroes since childhood days, though it was always a monotonous time-waste. But the "new feature" of further upgrade beyond 7-stars killed the game for me. Common, what next? 8-star or some new kind of grind? Done with it.

Scammed me

Two times it happened that i used 400 gems on a chest and some error occurred and my gems were taken but i got no chest iv been playing this game for a long time, faced many issues but I was not bothered to write about but it now it is really getting on my nerves

1v1 thing

We need to fight with our friends so add new modes to battle and one with to 1v1 with our friends

Atleast make a game that works

After the latest update my game isnt working. It loads to 50% and then closes on its own. What a trash of game it is.

Error

I am getting an issue of network error, Despite having a proper network please fix

Game issues

There are too much technical issue. From last 3-4 times whenever I move the next level the game stop working and after restart I loose all my progress. So instead of 36-37 level I am sitting at 32 level. Also the rewards are not good they only want us to spend money. You should give good rewards for daily login as we are using and playing with you daily. Please do make the game too slow. Please fix my issue and get me back to level 37 and give me my rewards earned which I earned for level up. Your game is not working fine it is not loading properly and I have to restart every time. This is my worst experience of any game.

Worst game,doesn’t even connect to server.

Connectivity errors

Every day for at least few hours as soon as any rewards or events get refreshed the game gets stuck. You are unable to login and it keeps saying “please check your connection”. Pathetic.
