About ready to throw in garage

Wireless Pool Thermometer won’t connect

The wireless pool thermometer with IBS – M2 Wi-Fi gateway it’s not available in the device list. When attempting to contact support, they didn’t resolve the issue. The product is completely useless without the connection.

Never worked!

Never worked from day one. It won’t say connected. They told me to buy another one. I don’t think so!!

Forced login

Forced login for no reason. This is the last Inkbird product I buy.

Get something else.

Tried many times to get this thing set up on my phone and app. Useless. So I just used it without wifi. It failed on the first day. My tank is 10 degrees below temp. Unreliable. Maybe I just got a bad one. Who knows.

Sensor

Very user unfriendly. The sensor does not show up on the connect page. Had to connect using a different sensor number. Also difficult to assign room to the sensor. I will definitely not recommend this device.

Forces you to log in

With the new updates it forces you to log in so they can hardest all your data. I shouldn't have to log into there server and show them everything about how I'm using there product. Also I can't use the thermometer controlling my meat fridge now without the router being hooked up to the internet.
