I’d love to tell you about this app, but when signing up, the required verification code never comes. I’ve tried via email and phone number several times each. Nope. Nothing… and so I can’t even get to step one in setting up my new wheel… This makes me very nervous about my new plan for my commute.

Bought an S1 that is broken right out of the box and doesn’t work. I want my money back. Customer support in app is broken and doesn’t load no matter how long I wait. Worst e—scooter ever?

Using this for the INMOTION RS and the data does not update real time whatsoever

I have to clear out my app any time I need to lock my climber. If I leave the app open, it still doesn’t lock when I need it to. Sometimes it’ll take like a minute of me clearing the app and opening it back up for it to work. Is there a better way or maybe an update on this?

I have no idea what’s going on with my V2 I’m sitting in the park. I have it locked by the app when I’m getting ready to leave to try to unlock it the Bluetooth failed. I can’t find my V12 via Bluetooth and it’s locked, pushing the 12 for mile and half to the local light rail station was not fun. Inmotion, you guys are more than capable of putting out some stable firmware. Great hardware + buggy software = a poor product. 😖😡😓😮‍💨😕

For the RS when I want to check on the cells it only shows the summary and not the full diagram of each individual cell.

Connects to my v11 flawlessly, all the settings are easily changeable. Setup my wheel to commuter/fancy setup. Changed some sounds for certain alerts and maxed out volume. Setup my homescreen to show what I want when riding. I don’t get all the negative reviews. I do get a 5s ad whenever I start the app up but it’s no biggie for me. As soon as it’s over I’m connected to the wheel and at the home screen.

In order to operate the product that I paid thousands of dollars to purchase, I first need to watch an ad that cannot be skipped every time I open this app. This is absolutely unacceptable. Shameful move by InMotion. I do not recommend.

Nothing special. Clunky. Difficult to use while riding especially if new. No iWatch app either. So can’t just check speed and battery quickly.

With the new upgraded version, which granted, looks better, some options disappeared from the app. I can no longer do calibration on my V8 or put it in transportation mode! Absolutely shocking and irresponsible.
