App does not support the V8 (Glide 3) EUC. It simply wont connect to the wheel. There is no way to edit this wheels settings anymore, they’ve apparently abandoned it and no longer provide support. Very disappointing for something that costs almost $1k.

I’ve seen a lot of videos on YouTube talking about how bad this app is. They must be talking about an older version because this thing is a piece of cake to use and set up.

Not going to lie, I keep hearing lots of bad things about Inmotion being a Chinese company and all these bugs, but after using this app with two new AirPro scooters, Im actually impressed.

Everything seems simple, and works.  It's not 100% issue free, but I haven't encountered any issues that prevented me from using it for what I wanted it to do and more.

Seems like they have turned this app around (from what Ive read in prior reviews), and it's got a heck of a lot more functionality than the slapped together app that came with the scooter I'll be returning at Costco.

All in all, no complaints, and Im really glad I gave Inmotion a chance.  Hope that helps anyone else new to the euc/electric-scooter world who might be on the fence.

It seems that when I change the displayed statistics on the main screen on the app, it makes the whole screen grey and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall

After every app use I have had to uninstall and reinstall just to change the settings. Each time it resets my ownership in the app so I cannot lock the scooter. Customer service is always closed, and there is no guidance available online. Least functional app I’ve ever used.

The app is actually really good if you can get it to work. Unfortunately right now I get an unrecoverable grey screen every time I navigate out of and then back to my dashboard within the app. I have to delete and reinstall the app every single time.

As of this moment the last update to the app was months ago. Sure seems like INMOTION isn’t paying attention
