HOW TO CONNECT YOUR INNER BALANCE APP TO THE SENSOR
Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.
3. Once you see your sensor ID number displayed and verify that it matches the number on the back side of the sensor pod, tap it to accept and wait 15-20 seconds for the device to calibrate and begin the first session.
Inner Balance Lightning Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.

Great feedback device
I’ve been using the HeartMath for years now and this latest device is very easy to use. It’s portable. I also like the support of the courses both online and on my phone.
The heart coherence technique is easy to do, and the teachers are all accessible with how they suggest you use device and various techniques.
It’s a great device, and even more beautiful philosophy.

My mood Barometer
I use Heartmath most mornings as I start my meditation. It helps me focus on lifting my spirits into coherence, hopefully keeping them at a high level throughout the day.
Constant crashing.
App crashes if I choose a mood or stop a session. This happens 100%of the time (iPhone SE 2).
If not for that, this is five stars! Hopefully someday this is resolved. (Will bump to five stars if it stops crashing.
So helpful
It helps me get focused, has helped me learn to focus longer. I had started feeling almost like I had ADD and couldn’t focus on anything l, very easily distracted and had trouble finishing anytime started because something else would grab my attention. I am more productive now and more calm and focused.

I can get this to work at all. Have been trying for 2 days but apparently other HR monitors will not work with the app and you need to purchase HeartMath’s $250 HR sensor for this to even work…
This works!
I started out a few weeks ago with only 1/4 of my time in the green zone. I’ve become increasingly more coherent the more I’ve practiced. Tonight I had a big test! While taking time to use the app, the sink in my laundry room overflowed leaving water in the laundry room; the hardwood floor of the hallway, inside the laundry room cabinets and it even leaked into the basement. I’ve been sopping everything thing up with 20+ towels and now I returned to complete my inner balance session. I was 94% in the green! Amazing how coherence helped me to clean this up without blaming anyone and still remain calm!!!
Prayer and Heartmath
Heartmath makes a wonderful companion to my morning meditation and prayer. It is a gift in so many ways.

Being able to monitor my heart coherence as I develop my meditation practice has been very helpful. I have found the app to be easy to use and the connection to a community encouraging.
Calm for un-Calm People
My dearest friend introduced me to HeartMath - not by recommending that I do it - by telling me about her experience with it. I want to build a more consistent practice. It is such an easy practice - with an audible confirmation every five breaths! I highly recommend trying this simple way to connect your heart and you - every day!
